All EU customers pay the price including VAT. Outside the EU, no VAT is charged and the prices in the shop are net. Shipping costs depend on the destination country, are not included in the price (except for special promotions) and are displayed in the shop once you have entered the delivery address.

For new goods purchased directly from BBN/Heatle, our contractual partner has a statutory warranty of 24 months from the date of dispatch (12 months for used goods). If you have any claims, please contact our customer service. He will examine the product and decide at his own discretion whether there is a warranty claim.

This warranty covers device defects (Heatle base and rod) that occur due to faulty design or manufacturing defects after shipment. If the warranty can be asserted, BBN will, at its sole discretion, repair the defective product or replace it with an identical or comparable product. Damage excluded from the warranty (e.g. wear and tear) is listed in the user manual.
